    Members of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA) receive discounted services as indicated below.
     
    The typical turn-around time after a phone consultation for completed work (once services are paid in full) is 7 business days. Portfolios typically take longer. Seventy-two-hour turn-around service may be available for a 20% upcharge; expedited service is not always possible due to previously scheduled work. Payment is due before any document or online development begins.
